Wiley currently serves as the GSVP overseeing the mission of Young Life in the Eastern, Midwest, and Southeast Divisions of Young Life ministry. His goal is to guide his team to develop effective ministries and ministry leaders within their own teams. He also works to effectively strategize with our field leadership teams to better middle school, high school, college, special needs, and teen mom students through the ministry of Young Life.

Wiley has an extensive history with Young Life dating back to 1992 where he began his ministry career as an Area Director. He has since held many leadership roles and divisional leaderships roles within Young Life. He has also held leadership roles within United Way, World Servants US, Marshall Fields/Target, and Red Line Marketing. Wiley brings a unique perspective as a leader with corporate, nonprofit, and ministry leadership experience. These experiences have shaped the way he thinks about leadership and team culture. Ultimately, his desire is to see nonprofits and ministries grow and thrive, and therefore be able to fulfill their vision and mission. ​

Wiley lives with his wife, JoLynn, in Ashburn, Virginia, they have three amazing children. He has been actively involved in the community by serving with the Jabbok Foundation, Life Coaches, and Summit Academy.
