Tricia Blake is a Colorado native, born and raised in Denver. A collegiate soccer player, she received a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Colorado. Tricia’s first introduction to Young Life was when she took kids to camp at Silver Cliff as a junior high leader. Before joining Young Life staff, she was a software engineer, taught post graduate courses and coached soccer. In 1992, she joined Young Life staff as an assistant retail manager in Camping. During the next 27 years, she would serve in various Camping roles including the national director of retail, the director and then coordinator of camp staff training and development, and now serves as Young Life’s first chief learning officer. Tricia highly values remaining in a place of curiosity and learning. She continues her education in instructional design, staff development and training. With a deep care for Young Life staff, she is passionate about using her experience and gifting to serve the Lord by creating personal and programmatic space, opportunities and support for individual and organizational development and learning.

​ Tricia and her husband Charlie enjoy spending time with their three children and spouses, as well as their two sweet grandkids.
