Sha Farley has nearly 20 years of global experience in Human Resources. During her career she has led teams to build and execute innovative and strategic workforce priorities that are aligned to mission, vision and values. Before working at Young Life, Sha was the Vice President of Human Resources at Sabre, a travel SaaS technology company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Throughout her career, Sha has been responsible for human capital strategies that enabled global companies to attract, develop, reward and retain talent. Prior to joining Sabre, she worked for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., as a Vice President of Human Resources where she had responsibility for shaping the in-Club talent strategy for a $54 billion business made up of 106,000 associates in more than 650 Sam’s Clubs across the United States and Puerto Rico. Prior to the roles at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Sha spent 12 years in healthcare working for Pfizer Inc.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois. When she is not meeting the demands of life and work, she enjoys leisure travel and spending time with family and friends.
