Chad Edwards currently serves as the International group senior vice president, leading the International Lead Team and overseeing the work in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Chad has been with the mission of Young Life since 1999. He started Young Life in Portugal and has served in many roles, including the senior vice president for Young Life International in Europe and, most recently, the group senior vice president of the U.S. West, overseeing the South Central, Northwestern, and Southwestern Divisions.

A graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in marketing, Chad began his career as chief of staff for the Speaker of the House in Kansas before joining Young Life.

He and his wife, Renee, have been married for 29 years and have three grown children.
