Brooke was born and raised in Virginia and first got involved with Young Life as a high school student. Her involvement with Young Life continued as a volunteer leader at the University of Virginia and then as a staff associate serving in a church partnership in Fairfax, Virginia. In 1999, she and her husband (currently the London city director for Young Life) moved to England to pioneer Young Life ministry in the United Kingdom. During her tenure with Young Life, she has served in varying capacities, including area director, European trainer, director of International Schools, regional director for the UK and Ireland, and currently as the senior vice president for Europe, while also giving leadership to Middle EurAsia and Young Life Military.

Brooke holds an M.A. in global leadership from Fuller Seminary as well as a British passport, but sadly has not yet managed to acquire a lovely British accent.

Brooke and her husband currently live outside London and have two incredible teenage sons. Of all the roles she has been blessed to have in the last 25 years, her favorite is being a mom.
